Thank you for visiting my blog, and your interest in Nichole Alexandra Photography. I hope you were able to get a feel for my style and for me as a photographer. If this something you desire for your senior, family, children, wedding, ect, then I would be honored to book your session.

Sessions are mostly on-location. My goal is to create a complete custom experience where you are free to be yourself in front of the camera. This can be in your home, in your backyard, or even your favorite outdoor location. This is your photo shoot!

What is custom photography?

Nichole truly wants every single client to LOVE their pictures. She wants the entire experience to be wonderful from start to finish! Nichole spends a lot of time working with her clients to ensure their needs are met, whether it is by phone, e-mail, text, or in person. Nichole will walk you through the entire process from start to finish including: help with clothing selection, locations, and anything else that will help create the pictures of your dreams! After your 1-3 hour shoot she will artistically choose the best images possible. She will digitally edit & retouch every single one to be presented to you in a private ordering appointment, or online gallery, as well as in your custom slideshow. After the session if you choose in person ordering she will schedule a consultation where she will help you with ordering decisions, wall gallery or album design choices and show you samples of prints and products. That way you will know exactly what you are getting.
Custom photography is definitely a much different experience than mall photography.

How do I book my session?

If you are ready to book your session go to the “Book Your Session” tab on this pg and follow the instructions. If You still have questions you can complete the info request on the contact page of this site, or you can reach Nichole via email or phone. She typically books 2-3 weeks in advance, & even further during the spring months & holidays. Please note newborn sessions are best within 10 days of birth, as well as maternity sessions are best at 28-34 weeks.

Where will my session take place?

Once we’ve confirmed your session date & time, we’ll discuss many things including the location of your shoot. We may decide on your home, a park or another favorite spot, where you will feel comfortable and free to be yourself.

What will my session be like and how long will it last?

Nichole will do her best to make sure the time together is relaxed and fun! Sessions are typically 1-3 hours, and the duration can vary greatly depending on the number of people photographing, location, etc. Nichole’s approach is very casual. She will allot plenty of time to ensure everyone has a chance to get to know her, relax and be comfortable. There will be time for clothing changes, snacks, or just a “break” to run around and play!

What about clothing?

Clothing options will be addressed in your pre-session phone consultation. You can also get some ideas about what types of clothing looks best from the images on the site. If you still need additional assistance Nichole will be more than happy to provide a in-person pre-session consultation.

What happens when the fun is over?

After your session, Nichole will begin to edit and prepare your images for proofing which is approximately 2 weeks later. You’ll then schedule a private viewing appointment at Nichole’s office where your images will be presented in an unforgettable slideshow, then projected on a flat screen using the industries top notch, state of the art viewing software. Nichole will walk you through the whole ordering process, helping you choose & design the final result of your session, prints & products! However if you are out of town or prefer an online gallery for ordering she can set that up for you as well.
* Print & product orders are usually ready for pick up 2-8 weeks after they are placed and paid in full.

Duplication (including scanning, photocopying, right clicking etc.) is strictly prohibited. Just don’t steal my photos please! I have worked extremely hard on all my images and this is my livelihood. However you are free to re-post any pictures from my blog as long as you let me know first &  link me to it:)
